Smitha M.
Private tutor in Geelong, Australia
Education
I have a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science, with a major in anatomy from UNSW. Then, I was accepted into the Deakin University Medical School, where I am studying to earn my graduate degree.
Experience
Joining the medical field had always been a personal goal, and it was the driving force throughout my undergraduate degree. Since moving to Victoria, I tutored VCE Biology before joining Fraser's GAMSAT Tuition Team in 2014. I like to approach my students with a family-oriented spirit, forming close relationships with them and seeing them through their goals. Private tutoring is an excellent resource for students of all types. I can help students who are falling behind in their studies or those who seek a challenge of higher-level concepts. I can break complex concepts down so that they are smaller and more manageable steps. Then, I can walk you through each step until you are comfortable moving on to the next.

Hobbies
Some of my strengths include my quirky personality and positive attitude. I recently shaved a full head of luscious long hair for the Leukaemia Foundation and am loving my Beyonce-esque short do as I write. I am very easily amused; both good and bad jokes are fine by me and I have a passion for baking. So you can look forward to some cookies if we do tutoring. Finally, I love a good road trip, exploring the countryside with friends, rolling road and good tunes - what could be bad about that?
